Lesson, Rental & Program Polices/Payments
We ask that all students arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for checking in at the front desk and ensure full duration of your lesson time. If you must cancel your scheduled lesson, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. If you cancel less than the 24 hours’ notice, the lesson will not be able to be rescheduled.
All lessons, programs and camps must be paid for in full. No session by session payment is allowed. Rentals will not be reserved until payment/deposit is received. Any remaining credit from lesson, rentals, programs and/or camps will remain as a credit with MapleZone. No refunds are given. All checks can be made payable to MapleZone.
MSI will provide baseballs for all rentals. Rentals are not permitted to bring in and use outside baseballs. Tunnels are not allowed to be rented for the purpose of bringing in an outside instructor.
Camps and Clinics
MapleZone, LLC will issue a full credit for any camp or clinic up to 14 days before the first day of the program. If you need to cancel after the 14-day period, we will not be able to issue a credit. Injuries will be handled on a case by case basis with written medical documentation.
We take your privacy seriously and do not share information with any other organization, except as necessary to complete a transaction. Maple Zone will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
All lessons are good for one year from date of purchase. We will not honor lessons that were purchased outside of the booking window. All payments for lessons must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Lessons may not be canceled with in 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time. Injuries will be handled on a case by case basis with written medical documentation.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless there is a medical emergency. At that point, a doctor’s note must be provided to receive a credit of 75% of the camp price. There will be absolutely no refunds/credits of camps 7 days prior to the start date of that event. No exceptions.
If your player chooses to leave the MSI Baseball Organization, or is dismissed from the team due to rule violations or disciplinary reasons, these fees are non-refundable.
Initial team deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
If the player becomes injured during our teams’ season, medical documentation is required. Credit will be given for the portion of payment the player was unable to participate due to injury.This credit can only be used towards futures MSI Baseball teams.
TOURNAMENT PAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required for all tournaments. Teams will appear on the website only after a deposit is confirmed and processed(either by credit card or check). All checks to be made payable to Maplezone Sports Institute and to be sent to Chris Pincin at 1451 Conchester Highway US Route 322 Garnet Valley PA, 19061. Credit Card is the preferred payment for all tournaments.
The final payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the tournament. All credit card deposits will be put onto an auto pay schedule and will be charged 45 days to the start of the tournament. A team that registers for a tournament within 45 days will be required to pay in full.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENTS. MSI WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO START DATE.
